This place is conveniently situated close to a subway station, and offers a pleasant and satisfying breakfast selection that includes healthy food and fresh fruits.

An excellent budget option for visiting Washington on days of influx of tourists, or just on weekdays. Very close to the subway: 40 minutes - and you're at the Smithsonian Institute, round trip for two $20. So you don't have to look for parking in the center, pay for it, and there's a time limit... The hotels in the center start at twice the price offered here. The standard room has everything you need, a microwave, kettle, fridge, not a mini-bar, but a medium sized freezer. Breakfast is good enough, big room, weekday 6:30-9:30, exit. 7:00-10:00. You yourself bake waffles, a successful form of melange omelette, pork cutlets, Philadelphia cheese cream, jam. Tea, coffee, cocoa - at any time for free, not only for breakfast. This hotel is on my list of recommended hotels.
Not so far is the road, where fire trucks often leave the depot, noisy sirens. The fridge is very noisy, the air conditioning is also very noisy. But it is possible to get on such copies in any hotel of this price category, I cannot say that these are essential lacks.

The location is ideal, 2 miles from an open-air theatre. It is located near restaurants and eateries. The hotel serves satisfactory and substantial breakfasts except for the preformed scrambled eggs.
Fairly basic breakfast, it should be far better.

Staff attitudes, we traveled the four of us, and none of us were a couple, booking accommodation I did not take this into account for some reason and booked rooms with double beds. When we checked into the hotel, I explained everything and we were kindly provided with rooms with separate beds at the same rate. Thank you very much for this special thanks, as we had a more comfortable time at the hotel. Breakfast was very good, hot food, pastries, juices, coffee and tea... Everything's fine! Although it is a motel and all the doors of the rooms go right outside - we were not cold, because the heater worked fine - it could be set to a program where it heats the room and turns off. That gave us a chance to sleep normally - warmth and noise didn't disturb us. The parking lot was big, there was enough room for everyone, I think...
none of this

The rooms come with a TV, nice breakfast, refrigerator, and microwave. The staff at the reception desk is the best and attentive. Early check-in and late check-out are available. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the airport if needed. Its central location is close to the Tysons shopping center and Tysons Corner Center mall. There are good restaurants nearby with a variety of food options, as well as a metro station for easy access to DC.

Not much. Ok for single male for cheap one night stay, otherwise spend the extra few bucks and stay elsewhere.
Dirty. Small rooms. Mostly caters to busses of foreign visitors who jam the breakfast area in the am. Very few amenities. Musty.

Metro station is a plus. Everything was fine.
The lady at the reception was unhappy and rude. The hotel seems to be having a problem with the site as she said because she couldn't find the reservation.

We had large and brand-new rooms with amenities like a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. The private bathroom with bathtubs was a nice touch. The location was fantastic, with convenience, affordable dining options nearby, and in an upscale area. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming.

Liked the B/F and there was adequate space to enjoy the B/F
We had stayed in two rooms. Wanted to know the tariff details etc.& the deposit amount which would be retained & released later; Reception staff (the night Guy) was not able to answer to my query and did not cooperate
